Q: Who is The Green Monkey?
A: We are a gay, local owned, small business retailer located at the Fairgrounds Marketplace on the corner of Blue Ridge Road & Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, NC. We are opened every weekend except for the month of October. We are a unique gift shop offering gifts of diversity and all families matter.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Our shipping rates are based on weight of the items. We ship via USPS.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Online: We accept PAYPAL only. You do not have to have a PAYPAL account to use your credit card via Paypal. Our Raleigh Store and Festivals: We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Q: Where is The Green Monkey store located?
A: We are located in the Education Building at the Raleigh Flea Market at the NC State Fairgrounds at the corner of Hillsborough St and Blue Ridge Road in Raleigh, NC. The Education building is facing Hillsborough Road. Enter through Gate 1, Education building will be on your immediate right. Enter through the 2nd door, take immediate left, take immediate right and we are located on the right.
Q: What does "Website Only" mean?
A: These items marked as "Website Only" are not found in our store. These items are only available online and usually ship between 7-10 business days.
Q: What is your Privacy Policy?
A: We do not sell your information to any outside third parties. We use your email address as a means to contact you about your order. No more contact will be made without your permission by signing up for our email newsletter and offering.
